How to change the header and footer information in FRx

Possible Resolution:

  1. Select File / Open / Catalog.
  2. Select a catalog, and click 'OK'.
  3. Click the 'Page Options' tab.
  4. Click the 'Headers/Footers' tab.
  5. Select the 'Page headers' radio button to display or change the 'Page Header' information.
  6. Select the 'Page footers' radio button to display or change the 'Page Footer' information.

Define the following options as needed:

Left, Centered, Right:
Enter text or codes in these cells to right, center, or left-align the information in the header or footer.

Center headers or footers on a page:
Select this option to center your headers and footers horizontally on the report page. If you do not select this option, headers and footers are centered over the report data.

Codes:
These codes pull variable information into the headers and footers of your report.

To select a code:

  1. Click the Left, Center, or Right cell to define the text alignment.
  2. Click the 'Codes' drop-down box, and select from the following options:

Font Styles:
This option sets font styles for the selected header or footer cells. To change the report header or footer font style, select the text and click the 'Font Styles' arrow to select a font style.
