Error 9: "SendBalanceFilters Subscript out of range" occurs when generating FRx reports.

FRx for Sage PFW ERP:

The General Ledger module, 'Period Dates' file maintenance is blank in Sage PFW.  Update the 'Period Dates' file maintenance with period dates.

1. Select GL / View / File Maintenance / Period Dates.
2. Click the 'Lookup' button, and verify all period dates are set up properly.
3. If 'Period Date' file is blank, open File / New. Enter the correct dates for a 12 month period, and select 'Save'.
4. Or select GL / View / Utilities / Generate Period Dates. Select the 'New' button. Enter the information at 'Fiscal Year Begin', 'Fiscal Year End', 'Period Type' and 'Generate Method' fields, and then select 'Process and Close'.
   Note: To finalize the 'Period Dates' file, run the utility in 'Final' mode.
