Possible Resolution:

 Exclude inactive accounts in the catalog of reports.

  1. From the FRx desktop, open the Catalog of Reports, and select the report ID.
  2. Click the 'Report Options' tab.
  3. Click the 'Advanced' tab.
  4. Select the 'Exclude Inactive Accounts (If Available)' check box.
