Subject:

"Changed Default Base Period to "C"" occurs when selecting a catalog.

Possible Resolutions:

• Verify the fiscal year and period exists for the company selected.
• Delete the .G32 file in the ..\FRx Reporting\Sysdata folder. For more information, see 616 How to delete the .G32 file.
• Launch FRx Designer and select the company as the default.
• If the the message, "Users have exceeded the maximum limit" occurs, see the following article for more information: "Users have exceeded the maximum limit" when launching FRx 
• Make sure all other users out of FRx, click on Admin, select Build Local GL Index
