The message "Warning: Cannot create report.  The report file is currently locked." occurs when generating a report.

Possible Resolution:

FRx cannot write or overwrite the file due to insufficient permissions of the IO_Data directory.

To resolve, change the permissions for the IO_Data directory. FRx users must have read, read and execute, write, and modify permissions to all FRx directories. For more information, see  What permissions are required for FRx users.
