"Runtime Error 9: Subscript out of range" occurs when generating a report in FRx with a reporting tree.
Possible Resolution:
Resolution 1: This error occurs when one of the following is true:
- The company is not included in at least one child unit within the tree.
- The company is included in a child unit within the tree, but that unit is not selected when the report is generated.
To resolve, change the company in the catalog to one that does not meet either of the conditions above.
- Select File / Open / Catalog.
- Click the 'Company' drop-down box, and select a company. Click 'OK'.
- Save and generate the report.
Resolution 2: Verify that all units in the tree, including the summary unit and all other parent units, have a row format selected.
