Subject: 

"Valid FRxQue32.mdb file not found.  Check QueDirectory setting in System.cfg" occurs when launching FRx.

Possible Resolution:

1. Have all users exit out of FRx.
2. Locate the FRx.ini file, usually located in the WINNT or Windows folder on the local workstation.
3. Double-click the file and it should open in Notepad.
4. Locate the [CONFIG] section.
5. Queue32 should be set to FALSE.
6. Save the change.
7. FRx should now launch without error.

• Delete all the .g32 files in the shared sysdata directory.(see Related article below)
