Possible Resolution:
- Have all users exit out of FRx.
- Locate the FRx.ini file, usually located in the WINNT or Windows folder on the local workstation.
- Double-click the file and it should open in Notepad.
- Locate the [CONFIG] section.
- Queue32 should be set to FALSE.
- Save the change.
- FRx should now launch without error.

- Delete all the .g32 files in the shared sysdata directory.(see Related article below)
