Error 0 when opening an FRD file in the DrillDown Viewer in FRx

Possible Resolution:

FRx uses Microsoft XML components to generate and parse XML files.  Other programs that use XML have been known to install additional XML components that add to the functionality of the MSXML.DLL component that FRx uses.  When these additional files are installed, the FRx DrillDown Viewer may stop functioning and return an Error 0 when attempting to open XML files.

To resolve, re-register the MSXML.DLL file, which is located in the Windows System directory (c:\windows\system\ on Win9x machines, c:\winnt\system32\ on WinNT machines).  Re-registering the MSXML.DLL file is not known to have any negative effects on other software that uses XML.
