Possible Resolution:

FRx for Sage PFW ERP:
Under the  / System Specific Information tab / Company Code, the company name was entered instead of the company code.

Resolution 1: The company name instead of the company code is entered in the Company option.

  1. Select Company / Information. Click the 'System Specific' tab.
  2. In the 'Company Code' field, verify that the correct company code is entered. This should be the same company code that is used in Sage PFW.

Resolution 2: The user's network logon and Sage PFW user ID is not the same, or exceeds eight characters in length. Modify the user's network logon name or recreate the Sage PFW user.
