"The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship.  Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again."

Possible Resolution:

Error occurs when deleting or merging accounts in Sage MAS 90 or 200 which causes duplicate records in GL_AccountHistory_svc.pvc.  This issue has been reported. For more information, see Main Account Maintenance loops during "Updating Account History records for Main Account".
