Contact Sage Software Customer Support at (800) 371-3602 to receive an Administrator password of the day.  This password will allow the Administrator password to be changed.  To change the Admin password, select Admin / Organization and enter the password of the day supplied by the Sage Software Customer Support analyst.  From the Organization window, select the 'Admin Password' button.  Leave the 'Old Password' blank and type in the new password in the 'New Password' and 'Verify' fields.  Exit FRx and reopen for the new password to take affect.
