All columns do not print after generating report to DrillDown Viewer

Once a report is generated to DrillDown Viewer, all rows/columns are there, and look correct, but when attempting to print the report, after the page break, some of the columns are missing.

Possible Resolution:
This is caused by using the PB page break in the row format to force a page break.  Change this to PI, and it will generate the output correctly.
