How to restrict a single line in a report to a specific department of a company.

Possible Resolution:
In the row format on the line to be restricted, double-click the related rows or units, select a tree that contains the needed company restriction information, and then select that element of that tree. This  restricts this row to the specific unit selected from the tree.  See row 250 below.
