Possible Resolution:
This code (Change Base Row) defines the base row for columns that calculate a percentage of the base row for each row in the report.  Enter the allocation base row code in the Related Rows / Unit column.  This base row is used for percent calculations and remains in effect until another CBR row is defined.  (For additional information, refer to the  FRx User's Guide.)
