Detail amounts do not balance to the totals in FRx when drilling down to the transaction level.

Possible Resolution:

FRx does not sum the detail amounts to arrive at the totals, but retrieves the data from the accounting system's detail and summary files. Verify that the detail file balances to the summary file in the accounting system.

Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, and Sage MAS 500:

Run the recalculate utility to balance the files. Be sure to make a full backup before running this utility.

Sage PFW:

Verify that the General Ledger Report and Period Balance Listing match.
