The special format masks used in the column layout do not print the correct decimal places for zero amounts.

Possible Resolution:

1. Select Company / Information. The 'Company Information' dialog box opens.
2. Note the 'Amount & Date Format' listed.  Close the dialog box.
3. Select Company / International Formats. The 'International Formats' dialog box opens.
4. Select the 'Amount & Date Format' from step 2.
5. Change the formats ('Amount Format', 'Amount with Currency Symbol', and 'Percent Format') to the desired number of decimal places for zero amounts.
