Possible Resolutions:
- Examine the Company column (column B) of the reporting tree used with the report. Verify that all company codes are valid and set up in FRx.
- Open Company / Information, and verify that the company code in the tree exists in the list of companies.
- In Company / Information, click the 'System Specific Information' tab, and verify that the 'Entity Code' matches the 'FRx company code'.
- Compact the spec set database.
1. Open File / Compact FRx Database / Current Spec Set Database.
2. Click 'OK' when "Do you wish to Compact the Database Current Spec Set?" displays. - Verify that a default printer is assigned to the workstation.
