How to correct the default date in the catalog of a report in FRx. FRx is pulling in an incorrect account date from Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 for the default date in the catalog

Possible Resolution:

FRx for Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200:

  1. Open the Library Master / Repair / Data File Display and Maintenance.
  2. Click 'OK' at the warning.
  3. In the 'File' field type in glcxxx (xxx= the three digit Sage MAS 90 company code) press Enter
  4. Click on the 'Key Scan' and notice that there is a blank key value in the key scan listing.
  5. Select the Blank Key and Click on the 'Select' Button.
  6. Click on the 'Delete' Button.
  7. Exit out of Data File Display and Maintenance.
  8. Launch FRx.
  9. Log into FRx.
  10. The error will not appear.

If the error persists:

  1. Through windows explorer locate the SYSDATA folder
  2. Open the folder and delete any file with the .g32 extension.
  3. Reenter FRx
  4. Open Admin / Build Local GL Index.
