How to correct the default date in the catalog of a report in FRx. FRx is pulling in an incorrect account date from Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 for the default date in the catalog
Possible Resolution:
FRx for Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200:
- Open the Library Master / Repair / Data File Display and Maintenance.
- Click 'OK' at the warning.
- In the 'File' field type in glcxxx (xxx= the three digit Sage MAS 90 company code) press Enter
- Click on the 'Key Scan' and notice that there is a blank key value in the key scan listing.
- Select the Blank Key and Click on the 'Select' Button.
- Click on the 'Delete' Button.
- Exit out of Data File Display and Maintenance.
- Launch FRx.
- Log into FRx.
- The error will not appear.
If the error persists:
- Through windows explorer locate the SYSDATA folder
- Open the folder and delete any file with the .g32 extension.
- Reenter FRx
- Open Admin / Build Local GL Index.
