Possible Resolution:
- Uninstall the current version of F9, and install the latest update from F9 version from the Systems Union (formerly Lasata) Web site. Uninstall both components from add remove programs (there are two), then reinstall the latest 4.5.100 from: F9 for Sage downloads Web site
- Increase the time out settings under F9 setup Addin options F9 / Settings / Addin Options / DDE Time Out.
