How to find the KeyCode for F9

Possible Resolution:
The F9 KeyCode is located on the F9 CD cover along with the F9 serial number.  Some F9 version 4.00 CDs were issued with the KeyCode missing. 

If a customer or reseller requests a KeyCode:

• Verify the account shows F9 as a purchased module.  If a reseller calls on behalf of a client, use the client’s account number to verify they have purchased F9.
• Do not release the serial number. Instruct the customer to check the F9 CD cover or the invoice for the serial number.
• After verifying that F9 is an installed module, provide the following KeyCode: DUNK2-2390117
• If F9 is not listed under installed products, obtain proof of purchase from the customer or reseller before you release the KeyCode.
