Possible Resolution:

Create the company financial entities.

1. From the F9 menu within Excel, select 'SETUP'.
2. When the F9 Setup window appears, select your company ID from the drop down list and click on the 'FINANCIAL ENTITIES SETUP' button in the lower left hand corner of the setup window.
3. On the 'FINANCIAL ENTITIES SETUP' window click on the 'CREATE NEW FINANCIAL ENTITIES FILE'.
