Spreadsheet does not update.

Possible Resolution:

Remove F9 and re-install it. Perform the following:

  1. From the Windows Start menu, click Settings and Control Panel. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
  2. Click F9. Click Remove.
  3. From the Windows Start menu, click Search. Search for the file F9.exe.
  4. Delete any instances of F9.exe that are found. Rename any F9 directories.
  5. Download the latest version of F9 for your Sage product from www.f9.com.
  6. Install the latest version of F9.
