Budget amounts are missing from the F9 spreadsheet after upgrading Sage MAS 90 or 200.
Possible Resolutions:
F9 for Sage MAS 90 and 200:
- Budget codes in Sage MAS 90 and 200 4.x are different than 3.x. (For example, "Current Budget" is now defined as "Original Budget"). Verify that the corresponding budget types are correct in F9
- In F9, verify that the formula contains all of the required parameters. For example:
=gl(<account>,<period>,<company>,<year>,<budget type>) - If the budget type is included in the formula, verify that it corresponds to the following:
- The list of available budget types in the F9 setup window.
- The budget codes listed in General Ledger / Setup / General Ledger Options, on the 'Budget' tab.
- If budget data is still not retrieved, download the latest F9 version from the Business Objects.
