Possible Resolution:

The serial number has already been registered, and the seats for this serial number have already been used because the activation code is unique to the workstation. If  moving F9 to a new workstation, the serial number needs to be reconfigured. Contact F9 at 800-663-8663 to reconfigure the serial number.
