How to add or remove the F9 toolbar in Excel
Possible Resolution:
To add the F9 toolbar in Excel (if you had an earlier installation of F9):
- Open F9 menu / Options and make sure that the Rebuild Toolbar check box is selected.
- Open Tools / Addins and clear the F9 check box.
- Open View / Toolbars and clear the F9 check box.
- Open View / Toolbars / Customize and delete the F9 Tools selection.
- Close Excel
- Reopen Excel and add F9 (from the Tools menu, select Addins and browse to F9.XLL).
- Open the F9bmp32.xls file
- Click the Press Me button.
- Close the file
To add the F9 toolbar in Excel-new installation of F9:
- Select Options from the F9 menu and make sure that the Rebuild Toolbar check box is selected.
- Select Tools / Addins and check the F9 Financial Reporter box.
To remove the F9 toolbar from Excel:
- Select Tools / Addins and uncheck the F9 Financial Reporter box.
